Biography
Matt Staves is the vice president of Operations for WCG IRB. Matt joined WCG IRB in 2022 and oversees all operations across all IRB locations.
Over the past 15 years, Matt has led teams across Finance and Operations, and most recently was the General Manager for an aerospace manufacturing organization. His career has focused on growing the business, implementing cost savings and production efficiencies, and developing exceptional teams while working in highly regulated industries. Matt has also been heavily involved in automating and digitizing workflows.
Matt holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration from University of the Pacific and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Monaco.
